    • We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • All free gifts, promotional items, or samples received with your order must be returned together with the main product.
    • Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of tampering are not eligible for return or refund.

    • To initiate a return, kindly get in touch with our customer service at omforateam@gmail.com with your order details, reason for return, and mandatory clear photos of the product and its packaging.
    • After verification, we will provide instructions on how and where to send back the product.
  1. Shipping Costs
    • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
    • For products received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to our customer service to coordinate the return and shipping cost arrangements
  1. Damaged, Defective Items or Allergic Reactions
    • If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, kindly contact us immediately at omforateam@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with your order details, reason for return, and mandatory clear photos of the product and its packaging.
    • For allergic reactions caused by the product after use, a valid medical certificate or doctor’s report confirming allergy caused by the specific product must be submitted to proceed with the refund/exchange.
    • Verified damaged, defective items or valid allergy cases may be eligible for a replacement, refund, or store credit at our sole discretion.
  1. Refund Timeline
    • We will inspect the condition of the returned item and email you the inspection results within 7 working days after receiving your parcel.
    • Approved refunds will be processed to the local bank account details you provide within 14 days after the inspection is completed.
    • Please allow sufficient time for the funds to appear in your bank account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank.

    • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
    • Products returned without all original packaging or missing promotional gifts.

    • Returns without mandatory photographic evidence as specified.
