What is Refer and Earn Program?
The Refer & Earn program allows you to earn rewards when you invite your friends to shop with us. Your friend can enjoy RM10 off their order, and you will receive RM10 store credit as a reward. You can view full details of the program here: Refer and Earn Program.
What is Store Credit?
Store credit is a reward balance shown in your wallet that you can use for purchases. It is earned through Refer and Earn Program, and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
How can I edit my default address?
After logging in to your account, simply click here : EDIT ADDRESS or go to “MY ACCOUNT” → “ADDRESS”. Edit your address and click “SAVE ADDRESS” at the bottom of the page.
How can I change my name, email address, or password?
After logging in to your account, simply click here: EDIT ACCOUNT DETAILS or go to “MY ACCOUNT → “ACCOUNT” to update your name, email address, or password.
How do I check my order history?
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
FPX Online Banking and e-wallets including ShopeePay, Touch ‘n Go, GrabPay, and Boost.
When will my order be shipped after payment?
Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll get your order packed and shipped out within 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During busy times like sales or promotions, it might take a little longer — around 3 to 5 working days — but we promise we’re working hard to get it to you as soon as we can!
Do you ship internationally?
We regret that we do not ship outside the Malaysia at this time for orders placed at Omfora.com .
